  • Order Procedure

  • An order is placed at Adivohost.com web-site. In order to purchase a service you need to send us filled out order form. In order to do this please use “Order” button located at the page of the Data Center by the service that you are interested at.   • After we receive your payment we place an order of the server you’re interested in at the Data Center’s web-site.
  • You may get the approximate set up time by contacting our consultants, however, in some cases the actual time may slightly differ from the one stated before due to some specific reasons. Please know that we always do our outmost to make the set up time as short as possible.
  • After the server is set up we will give you all the login information of the server and provide you with the access to your personal account at our web site which can be used to fully monitor the order info, get the support from our specialists and manage your services.

 

  • Conditions of Service Use

  • All of the services offered at Adivohost.com are conducted due to the Law of the respected countries that host the web-resources placed by our clients.
  • The customers of Adivohost.com are allowed to host legal adult content unless there are any underage models which don’t comply with 18 U.S.C. 2257.
  • It is strictly prohibited to host spam, harmful software or any kinds of scam web-sites.

 

  • Responsibility Limitation

  • Adivohost.com is not responsible for any client’s losses due to the reasons that don’t depend of our company actions.
  • Adivohost.com is not legally or administratively responsible at any kinds of a lawsuits, costs or penalties. In case your actions lead to the consequences above we do not guarantee the protection of your personal data.
  • AdivoHost.com holds the right to cancel or change the terms of use without any notice of the clients.

 

  • Parties Responsibility

  • AdivoHost.com doesn’t bear any responsibility in front of the client for any server defects that appear due to the reasons that don’t depend on the Adivohost.com actions.
  • We keep the right to stop providing the service to a client at any time due to the violations of these TOS.
  • The amount of liability of Adivohost.com can not exceed the cost of the service provided.

 

Leaseweb

 

Minimal Period of Rent.

The minimal period of rent in Leaseweb datacenter is 1 full calendar month.

Payment

If a client orders his server not in the beginning of a calendar month he pays for the entire next calendar month plus the amount equivalent to the term from the date of the order till the beginning of the next calendar month. Further payments need to be made not later than 27th of each month.

Prolongation Terms

Failure to pay on time is considered as the client refusal from the further services.
Traffic over usage
In case the client exceeds his monthly traffic limit he is obliged to pay extra invoice considering the traffic over usage price $0,03 for 1 GB (the overusage cost for 100TB servers is $0,15 for 1 GB)

Prohibited Content

Any content controversial to the Law of the Netherlands. This includes but is not limited to underage porn, spam, viruses, any kinds of scam web sites.
Any client hosting the prohibited content should be prepared to the appropriate actions on behalf of the datacenter up to immediate suspension of the server.

 

 

Worldstream

 

Minimal Period of Rent.

The minimal period of rent in Worldstream datacenter is 1 full month.

Payment

The client pays for the first month of rent after the order. Further payment should be made not later than a week before the end of the paid period.

Prolongation Terms

Failure to pay on time is considered as the client refusal from the further services.
Traffic over usage
In case the client exceeds his monthly traffic limit he is obliged to pay extra invoice considering the traffic over usage price $0,56 for 1 GB

Prohibited Content

Any content controversial to the Law of the Netherlands. This includes but is not limited to underage porn, spam, viruses, any kinds of scam web sites.
Any client hosting the prohibited content should be prepared to the appropriate actions on behalf of the datacenter up to immediate suspension of the server.

 

 

100TB

 

Minimal Period of Rent.

The minimal period of rent in 100TB datacenter is 1 full month.

Payment

The client pays for the first month of rent after the order. Further payment should be made not later than a week before the end of the paid period.

Prolongation Terms

Failure to pay on time is considered as the client refusal from the further services.
Traffic over usage
In case the client exceeds his monthly traffic limit he is obliged to pay extra invoice considering the traffic over usage price $0,20 for 1 GB

Prohibited Content

Any content controversial to the Law of the USA. This includes but is not limited to underage porn, spam, viruses, any kinds of scam web sites.
Any client hosting the prohibited content should be prepared to the appropriate actions on behalf of the datacenter up to immediate suspension of the server.

 

 

IntoVPS

 

Minimal Period of Rent.

The minimal period of rent in IntoVPS datacenter is 1 full month.

Payment

The client pays for the first month of rent after the order. Further payment should be made not later than a week before the end of the paid period.

Prolongation Terms

Failure to pay on time is considered as the client refusal from the further services.
Traffic over usage
In case the client exceeds his monthly traffic limit he is obliged to pay the additional invoice considering the traffic over usage cost $1 for 1 GB.
Prohibited Content
Any content controversial to the Law of the USA or Romania (depending on where the server is located). This includes but is not limited to underage porn, spam, viruses, any kinds of scam web sites.
Any client hosting the prohibited content should be prepared to the appropriate actions on behalf of the datacenter up to immediate suspension of the server.

 

 

YISP

 

Minimal Period of Rent.

The minimal period of rent in YISP datacenter is 1 full month for the servers with 512Mb RAM and higher and 3 full months for the servers with 128 and 256Mb RAM..

Payment

The client pays for the first minimal period of rent after the order. Further payment should be made not later than 2 weeks before the end of the paid period.

Prolongation Terms

Failure to pay on time is considered as the client refusal from the further services.
Traffic over usage
In case the client exceeds his monthly traffic limit he is obliged to pay the additional invoice considering the traffic over usage cost $11 for 100 GB.

Prohibited Content

Any content controversial to the Law of the Netherlands. This includes but is not limited to underage porn, spam, viruses, any kinds of scam web sites.
Any client hosting the prohibited content should be prepared to the appropriate actions on behalf of the datacenter up to immediate suspension of the server.
Adivohost keeps the right to change the above rules without any preliminary notification.
